Cancellation, Returns Procedures and Refunds

The terms of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 apply and a customer is thereby entitled to cancel goods ordered and/or arrange return of the goods delivered up to and within 7 days after receipt of said goods.

Cancellation before dispatch

If you decide to cancel before dispatch, don't worry, please contact us immediately by email stating the reason for cancellation for a full refund including postage. We will endeavour to do this within 7 days.

Returns after dispatch

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing within 7 days. We will accept this notice by fax or e-mail. A telephone message does not qualify as a proper notice.
In the event of unwanted goods, we ask you to return them to us in the condition they were sent - product unopened and shrink-wrap and seals intact. For unwanted goods postage charges will not be refunded and it is your responsibility to return the goods to us. We will refund the value of the order less postage.
For your protection we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Goods to be returned after the 7 day period above or those that are not faulty, can only be done so with the our agreement.
We reserve the right, in all cases, to make a re-stocking charge of 30% + VAT.
This in no way affects your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that any goods are faulty then please advise us by email at Return Faulty Goods within 7 working days. Please describe the fault in as much detail as you can. We request return of the faulty goods within 30 days. On receipt of the goods back to us we will confirm this and, once clarified, the original cost including postage and the return postage will be refunded by us.
You can of course request a replacement order of the same value or less.
If the replacement you require is a different price then please reorder on the site as credit card details are not stored by us.

Refunds

Refund payments will be made within seven days on the original credit/debit card used to make the payment.

Dispatch and Delivery

We endeavour to dispatch any in stock orders within 1 working day. If any part of the order is out of stock we will usually wait until the full order is in stock before sending. If the expected delay is more than three days we will contact you by e-mail.
